We are so lucky to have the Easterton Brook running through our village and especially within Canada Woods. Unfortunately, it is getting a bit blocked up with rubbish. We have some expertise, pickers and protective clothing being supplied by the Wessex Rivers Trust for Thursday the 18th April.
Please stick your hand up if you are able to come and have a laugh and help with cleaning up; coffee and cake also provided on the day 😊 please provide your own wellies! We have also had some wild flower seed donated for the repaired river bank and would love a couple of volunteers with rakes in hand to help spread the seed during March/April when conditions are good.
